8th graders ~ This week let us enjoy the privilege of a Catholic education and thank our families that make it possible!! Calendar: Monday, January 27: Students thank their parents for their Catholic education and give them a card. Tuesday, January 28: Buddy Day: Blue and White Spirit Free Dress - bring gift, card, and YOUR favorite books to share with your buddy - 10:00 Buddy reading, lunch with buddies; 1:40 Rally then last basketball games of the season - see if you can attend to cheer them on here at OLM!! Wednesday, January 29: Cherish Luncheon - 8th grade eats with the elderly after serving them - do not bring lunch. Thursday, January 30: "Souper" Bowl Day - wear your favorite team wear when you bring a can of food for Catholic Charities, 1:30 Faith Family activity; 6pm Mother/daughter, Father/son basketball games Friday, January 24: Bring St. Vincent lunch with you to 7:50 am at St. Patrick's Church - 8:15 Mass; 1:30 8th grade vs. staff Volleyball game ? of the Day: CHECK THE CALENDAR ABOVE!! 1/30: Remember to be dropped off at regular time at St. Patrick's Church with a St. Vincent Lunch and your items for the 8th vs. Staff volleyball game at 1:15. 1/29: Did you get your canned food for Catholic Charities? Got your team wear ready? Now quiz yourself with Constitution notecards! Write the preamble CORRECTLY!! 1/27: Did you remember to give your parents their card and have them sign your planner, get your buddy(ies) card and gift and get YOUR favorite book/s to share with your buddy/ies tomorrow on BUDDY day?
