Welcome to Week 9 of quarantine.  We have 3 weeks of school left for 6th and 7th!  For 8th graders, you are on your last week of work!!!  Almost there!  

Make sure you are getting missing assignments done.  Push yourself.  If you are behind, put in the extra time.  Email me with the name of the class and assignment that you have done if it is a missing assignment.

7th Grade Challenge:  Switch Generations Day

Homework:
7th Attendance:  Type "here" in classroom between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. today

7th Religion:  Read about Pentecost and the Holy Spirit on pp. 241-243

7th Math:  IXL 20 minutes
                  Teacher recommendation:  Find the missing <'s in triangles (GBB4)
                   Zoom at 2:00 p.m.

8th Alg:  IXL:  no minutes assigned this week--do what you need to do
               Teacher recommendation:  Characteristics of quadratic functions: graphs (KBB1)
               Zoom at 11 a.m.

6th Math:  IXL 20 minutes
                  Teacher recommendation:  Area of triangles (GEE7)***This gets a little harder at the
                  end.  The fractions you multiply and take times 1/2.  The answer can be improper.
                  The missing side length ones you can skip if you wish.  I will count this out of 80.
                  Zoom at 1 p.m.

6th S.S.:  CNN10: Watch broadcast.  Type 2 sentences in classroom.
                IXL teacher recommendation:  Classical Athens: geography and society

6th P.E.:  30 minutes of physical activity
