Free red dress on Monday The Lord hears the cry of the poor. Sixth Grade Science Chapter 5 vocabulary due Tuesday On Tuesday and Wednesday students will choose an energy source and begin to prepare a presentation with a poster that will be due on Monday November 11th. This poster and presentation will be worth 100 points and serve as a test for this chapter. Students may choose to work alone or together in groups of no more than three persons. Each person in a group will receive the same grade. Class time will be given to research the energy source and a handout will be given with the guidelines (history, advantages, disadvantages, economic viability). Posters must be a minimum of 22 in. X 28 in. Please bring a clean empty milk jug or similar container for lab on Tuesday or Wednesday. We will begin constructing water wheels during lab time. Seventh Grade Language Arts Writing Response to Lit. Rough Draft due Tuesday (4 copies typed and double spaced) Final draft due Fri. Persuasive Speech topic due Fri. Reading Book test Thurs. Next book test (choice) will be a poster (12 in. X 18 in. Minimum) with a paragraph on plot, theme, setting, and character. Instructions will be given in class.
