The September newsletter went out in your family envelope, but here are a few follow up items.
Vision screenings-Screenings did take place on Wednesday, September 13th. Your child either received a refer or pass. If you have a referral for your child, I have more information at the desk. Most importantly, this was a screening. It is imperative that you follow up with your child's eye doctor.
Safe Environment Training-You must be Safe Environment trained in order to volunteer in the classroom. If you would like to regularly volunteer, you must have your TB, Flu Shot, MMR, and Tdap immunizations up-to-date. You will also need to be fingerprinted through the State and Diocese of Fresno. These requirements are mandated by the Diocese and Community Care Licensing.
All School Mass and Pancake Breakfast-The all school Mass is 9:00am Sunday, September 24th at St. Patrick's. Tickets are on sale for the pancake breakfast taking place right after Mass. This fundraiser is for the 6th grade camp.
Please see Mrs. Mary if you have questions or concerns.
The Preschool is fundraising for a new playground! Please support our youngest by purchasing candy from any staff member or preschool family. All checks are made to OLM and orders will be in before Easter break!
Thank you for your support!!!

November is a very quick month for us. Here are some important dates to put on your calendar:
As we enter October, there are many events happening at school. Please keep your OLM calendar and the Preschool calendar handy. Here are the main events:
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will be wearing Pink all month. As a school, we do raise money to benefit breast cancer research. We ask that you donate your loose change (check those couches!) to each classroom. The teachers will collect the money and then the school will send one large donation. Thank you for your generosity!
Please remember to sign and return your family envelope!
Have a great week!
