March 27-31

This week we will be having a Social Studies and Math test.  Please be sure to review the questions with your child so they will be successful during the test. We will also be reviewing in class.  Both will be on Chapter 7

Please be sure to talk with your child about conduct in and out of the classroom.  I know that we only have one quarter left and we all are getting Spring Fever.  There has been a lot of talking in class along with students roaming around the class.  This will result in a lower grade for conduct depending on how much your child has these tendencies.  I have been keeping track in class to be sure your child is graded accordingly.  Thank you for your support.

Homework help will begin again after Spring Break.  Sorry for the confusion this may have caused some students.  

Phonics - syllables and word building
Reading - Charlotte's Web Chapter 1-3
This is a chapter book that your child checked out of the library.  They may take the book home to reread the chapters for the test on Friday.  Just like a library book your child is responsible for the book.  If it turns up missing they will be charged accordingly.  
Math - Chapter 7 test Friday, your child will be receiving homework which will include questions like the test
Social Studies - Chapter 7 test Friday Study guide will go home today
Science - Unit C chapter one
Spelling - we will have only 15 words during the time of Charlottes Web. Spelling test will be Friday
