Progress Reports went home last Friday. Please be sure they are signed and returned by Wednesday.
We are getting closer to the Monterey Field Trip. I would like all permission slips turned in by Monday, September 25th so I can finalize the drivers and chaperones. If you are planning on attending you must have all necessary paperwork turned into the office to Lisa Saling. If you are not cleared you will not be able to chaperone. These are the guidelines that are set by the Diocese and it is for the safety for all children. I have also been talking to the class about their conduct in class. Many of our students are still having a difficult time with interrupting while the teacher or others are talking. I have made it very clear that we are representing OLM school and we will be in a classroom environment at the aquarium. All students need to be on their best behavior or they will not be with a group. They will have to be with the teacher. While at the field trip all students must wear school uniform and pack a lunch. Chaperones also must pack a lunch. I will be sending home reminders as it gets closer. This week: Reading - What do Illustrators do?
