The Halloween Carnival will be this Saturday from 5-8pm.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Spelling-
Vocabulary words have a star and must be looked up in the students reading book on Monday.   The students are tested on the definitions each week along with spelling and reading comprehension test.

Outdoor rosary will be on Friday at 8:15 am if anyone would like to come and share the Holy Rosary with the school.  

There will be an all school Mass at St. Patricks on Saturday at 5:00 pm.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Monterey Bay Aquarium.  The students seemed to have a great time.  We were able to discuss what they liked best and all wanted to return.

Reading - How My Parents Learned to Eat

Science- We will have a science test on Chapter 2 next Monday.  Your child has written out the vocabulary words as flash cards.  We will study in class but I will also encourage students to bring books home each day. 

English- Verbs Unit 5

Social Studies - Deserts and Valleys

Religion - October is the Month of Our Mother Mary.  We will be focusing on the many different ways Mary has came to others.
