Happy New Year!!

I hope everyone had a very enjoyable Christmas Vacation.  It is hard to believe but we are officially 1/2 way through the school year.  The time has gone by very fast.

We will have an all School Mass on Friday at 8:15 am.  All are welcome to attend.  
Report Cards will go home Friday.  
Be sure to talk to your child about their conduct in and out of class.  I will be keeping a daily log to help with conduct grades and hope to put them in computer weekly.  

We have begun Cursive Handwriting.  We will be learning a new letter each day.  My goal is to have each student writing cursive by the end of the year.  Your child will not write assignments in cursive until I feel they have mastered the handwriting instruction.  In the fourth grade they will write all assingments in cursive except for spelling tests.

Math - We will begin our timed tests tomorrow.  We will begin with the 2's and work our way through the 9's.  Chapter 6 multiplication and division
