I hope everyone had a nice and restful weekend.  Be very proud of yourselves for making such great progress the last couple weeks.  We are moving right along and earning many certificates in IXL. 
Great Job!!

Please remember I am here for any support or questions you may have.  This is a new type of learning for all of us and I hope that we can continue to build and learn new ways of learning. Keep up the good work.  

Please try to print out the Blog as much as possible and to write the assignments in your child's planner.  We will continue to ZOOM this week.  Thank you

This week I have sent you an email regarding our reading and math program.  
This week we will be accessing our Think Central accounts.  These accounts will  include our reading program (Journeys) and math program ( Math in Focus).  Your child has had access to the reading program earlier this year when we were working on this is centers.  Once your child is logged in, you may navigate around.  Mr. Dimpsey is also posting a video on his blog to help with logging in and navigating through the program.  I have assigned some reading assignments along with math.  You may print out the worksheets or write the answers on binder paper.  
Everyone's log in information is the same with a few exceptions of students who I have emailed separately.

Social Studies:
Week 24
Read Eureka, You can't have your cake and eat it to and Rosa Parks.
Google Classroom: answer the questions about wants and needs

Science - 
Read Food webs pages E18-19
Write out on binder paper the vocab words and definitions for food web, predator and prey.

Religion:
Send a letter or picture to your grandparents or a close family member not living with you.  Tell them how much you love them  and appreciate them.

WEDNESDAY 4/1/20

Reading:
ZOOM at 9:30
Read Wagons of the West in your book on pages 226-228
Do Writing on page 229, text to self.  Write a paragraph 7-8 sentences on binder paper

Writing:
Google classroom
Write about Rosa Parks.  7-8 sentence paragraph

Math:
Think Central
Workbook pages 149-150
Answer the questions only on these two pages


Social Studies:
log into Studies weekly
Complete the think and review questions on binder paper. You will find them in week 24

Science:
Read pages E20-21
Answer questions on page E21 (1-5) all 

Religion:
Say a prayer before dinner.
Help your family cleanup after dinner.

Social studies:
Log into studies weekly and find Let's Draw.
Draw the activity about being given $1000.

Science:

Relgion:
Help set the table for dinner and maybe even offer to help make dinner.
