Maybe some of you would like to join our school family at mass. Share with your families. Also remind them of the need for 8th grade parent lunch helpers 2/6 - Thank you Mr. Wee - and 2/15! Religion: 2/8: Sunday readings and summaries US History: 2/8: Constitution p.9-10 2/5: Copy chart p.171 and work on memorization for Constitution 2/4: Read p.159-171 use organizer on p.158 to note sequence of events Physical Science: 2/5: Prepare for your science fair presentation: list the 6 categories: purpose, question, hypothesis, procedure/test/experiment, results, future - then write down FROM YOUR HEAD what you will say for each category - if you get stuck review your research/report on line - then memorize it so you can say it without reading- it's your work. 2/4: Read and Cornell Note in small groups p.86-97. Be prepared to present your science fair project - I'm looking forward to hearing about them!! Algebra: 2/4: p.643 #2-46 even 7th Homework: 7 Life Science: 2/8: Prepare for your science fair presentation: list the 6 categories: purpose, question, hypothesis, procedure/test/experiment, results, future - then write down FROM YOUR HEAD what you will say for each category - if you get stuck review your research/report on line - then memorize it so you can say it without reading- it's your work. 2/4: Read in small groups p.92-99 then write comprehensive definitions for the organelles on p.98 include all page numbers used - as we did in class. Be prepared to present your science fair project - I'm looking forward to hearing about them!! 7 World History: 2/8: Complete the on line Asian map quiz, then complete matching the numbered countries on your class binder paper to the #2 map. Friday's test you will know Russia, Kazakhstan, Nepal, India and Sri Lanka in addition to the 20 Middle Eastern countries
