Monday, May 14th – BRING: 6 BROWN PAPER BAGS, SLE Board, your name and captions (12).  Grades 1-5 Awards Assembly, Regular Day, Carnival Preparations, Song Practice; Pay for any missing books -I hope you might have most of them turned in?
 
Tuesday, May 15th   – Bring History and Science Binders ORGANIZED,
Grades 6 & 7 Awards Assembly, Whole Class Atom Lab Practical, Score Binders, Regular Day, Carnival Preparations, Song Practice
 
Wednesday, May 16th  - Regular Day, States and Capitals Test, Score Binders, 
Final Carnival Prep, Song Practice, Take Home All Personal Items
 
Thursday, May 17th  - Free dress, Wrap ALL BOOKS, Classroom Cleaning, Prepare Speeches for Awards Dinner, Carnival Prep, Song Practice;   Awards Dinner: 6:30pm in auditorium - attire- boys: dress shirt/slacks & dress shoes; girls: dress, dress blouse and skirt, nylons and dress shoes.
 
Friday, May 18th - 8th grade Carnival: ALL STUDENTS BRING 1 DOZEN BAKED GOODS, Students need to arrive as early as possible: Preschool Carnival 8:30- 10:00, Upper School Carnival 10:00-12:00, clean up finished at 12:30 if we all help!
 
Monday, May 21st - Morning Prayer, Retreat: we leave school at 8:15 am. Drivers pick up at Lake Yosemite ~ 3:00pm. Grad Practice at OLM 3:30-4:30 pm.
Morning snack, juice and lunch provided.
 
Tuesday, May 22nd - 7:50 meet at St. Patrick's Church - graduation practice to ~9:30am pick up at that time; 6:00 pm return for graduation photos - individual and group shot; 7:00 Graduation, Reception following at Hall with child/parent dance - Students: 7th, 8th & 9th graders dance until 12 midnight - parents PLEASE have transportation ready at that time for pick -up!
