8th Graders: Now that you have been 8th graders for at least a month, let us remind ourselves that we are role models to younger students. As we begin each day, at morning prayer, in class and at recesses, at lunch and after school, may we be in the image of kindness, respectfulness, and compassion. Let us really practice our roles this week. Calendar Friday, September 21: Free SPIRIT Dress; 12:30 Dismissal Sunday, September 23: Pancake Breakfast at St. Patrick's Hall to support 6G Camp - join in the fun!! 8th Homework : ? of the Day: 9/19: Do you remember the last 2 Mysteries of the Sorrowful Mysteries? We did not get to those today due to our Faith Family activity. Tonight please write them on our Mysteries sheet in your homework folder. Remember to explain each one after you write it. If your having trouble, find them in your planner - look for explanations on line. I will be checking for them tomorrow. 9/18: Can you name the climate zones for each region of the United States? Work on that. Religion: 9/19: Review the mysteries of the Rosary and complete the activity above U.S. History: 9/18: Study for the facts of the United States Test on Wednesday; Organize Binder Physical Science: 9/19: Prepare your career presentations; Organize Binder; Lab Students complete 7 Steps of Scientific Method in regards to the density lab and the questions: front and back on the lab worksheet. Algebra: 9/19: p.22 #24 9/17: p.39 MR all 7th Homework: 7 Life Science: 9/19: Lab Students: calculate the proof for the milliliters for the 6 test tubes and their final colors on the back of the lab worksheet 7 World History: 9/19: Students who did not complete your maps today - THEY ARE DUE TOMORROW 9/17: Complete the European Map by filling out the names of the 49 countries - use your planner also as not all of the countries are in the "Atlas" book.
