Please bring $ for lunch or you can bring your own lunch. Please think ahead and prepare. You will be with an adult chaperone at all times thanks to the parents/grandparents of Michael, Andrew, Isabel, Gio, Ryan/Trevor, Kiersten, Alexis, and Parker. Please be on time for a regular schedule. We will go to morning prayer and then leave OLM at 8:15 am and return about 2:00 to 2:15pm. If your parent needs to pick you up at the university please have them send a note in the morning. They will need to locate you on campus - you cannot walk to them. You may bring your cell phones but they will not be in use. If a parent calls you may ask for permission to answer. This way we will be focused on our experience and not disrespectful to those providing it for us. You will be in uniform and represent God, your parents, OLM school, and Christianity - let's let them see our loving, respectful attitude! 9/25: When you pray or sing songs to God, Jesus, or Mary do you realize you are actually speaking to them? They hear you all the time, but this occasion is really an honor to them. Tonight think about what that means for you. They are always watching and listening especially when you call upon them - are you saying and thinking what you want them to hear? Would you say and think these thoughts aloud to your parents? 9/24: Have you remembered to ask your parent about how you will get lunch on your Friday field trip? The UC Merced campus commons serves an "all you can eat" lunch for $12.00 or they provide food trucks or you can bring your own lunch. Please think ahead and prepare.
