It's Friday!  We have made it through the first week of 7th grade!

Try to finish up all forms.  We still need some emergency forms, handbook contracts, computer contracts, service field trip permission slips...Thank for those who already have everything turned in!

Homework:

7th Math:  pp. 24-26 (5-8, 10-16, 22, 24-29, 34-37)

8th Alg.:  p. 20 (2-36 e) and p. 22 mixed review

6th S.S. :  Vocab. cards Chapter 1 due on Wednesday, Aug. 16th.  The words from each chapter are found on the first page of each lesson.  In Chap. 1 that is p. 9, p. 15, p. 27, and p. 39.  Write the word on one side of the card.  Write the definition on the back (you may also draw a picture along with the written definition.  I will get these back to the students the next day.  They should study the words and definitions for 5 minutes each night.  
     There is also a website for this book that students find helpful.  It has practice quizzes and review lessons.  It is ClassZone.com
