     I wanted to say thank you to all the families for bringing in supplies, the children are constantly busy with their boxes so they are loving the new supplies, and thank you for the cleaning supplies for the classroom. We all thrive to keep the children's environment clean and sanitized so know how grateful all the supplies are. Thank you to all the families for signing up for our Christmas snack, it will be fun for sure for the children. This week is going to be fast and busy!      Room A got right into routine after out Thanksgiving break! It was a fun week of learning all what December has to offer. We will get right back into it tomorrow starting with Saint Nicholas.      Welcome back OLM families! I do hope everyone had an amazing yet relaxing week off! We will be back at it tomorrow morning. This week will be our last week of November and the beginning of December (already!) We will jump right back into our routine and continuing with our Social and Emotional, rhyming and syllables, blending and segmenting words.      We are already rounding up the month of November! We had a quick but packed week last week and this week we will be finishing up everything before Thanksgiving break. We will continue this week with reviewing; Social and Emotional, abc poem’s, rhyming, syllables, blending and segmenting words, listening for the first sound as well as the last sounds, continuing with what we are thankful for and ways to show how we are thankful, and we will also continue learning all about Michaelangelo and working on our art projects this week.

     Our first ABC boot camp was BEYOND successful! Having all the families and friends there to support the children was just amazing and we are all so very grateful. I do hope everyone enjoyed the show, I know the children were so excited to show you their hard work and it showed at the show. We do have a half day this Friday and then we will be all off for the next week for Thanksgiving. I do hope everyone takes that time to rest, enjoy family time and self-care!      This Wednesday we will be closed at 2:30 pm so we can prepare for the ABC fashion show. Thank you to all the families who turned in their vests and questionnaire, they are all so perfect and the children are very excited to show them off Wednesday. If you know that your child will not be able to attend Wednesday please let me know as soon as possible as we will have to make arrangements for your child’s vest. This will be one of our biggest preschool fundraiser and all of the support goes directly to the preschool. We truly cannot do this without all of YOU so thank you in advance for knowing how important this is to our preschool! Please do not hesitate if you have any questions, my door is always opened.

Tomorrow we will be joining the school mass for All Saint's Day right after we will be seeing the 8th graders Saint Wax Museum. Our weather is changing so please bring a sweater with your child just in case we need it.      School photos are here! If you didn't receive them Friday I will have them ready for you Monday morning. I will also be sending out progress reports Monday morning as well. There is a lot that is going home with these assessments so please do not hesitate if you need to reach out about anything. I loved having the one on one time to see what they all know! This Monday we will visit Mrs. Poole for library time. We will continue with our ABC boot camp and we have exciting news about our ABC boot camp! We will be doing an ABC fashion show with all of the children, more information will be going out this week. Our special Halloween snack is coming up, thank you to all the families who have signed up, it will be a fun treat for all of the children. Please note costumes are not allowed in preschool, but please feel free to wear Halloween shirts!  Our weather is changing but I still want to take the children outside (when permitted) so please make sure a sweater is at least with them just in case.  Our school book fair is now a GO! I have sent out emails for the link as well as fliers, but again if you need anything just let me know.      Welcome to October! Last week was a little different but I am so grateful for Mrs. Hermosillo jumping in! I checked in everyday and the children really enjoyed having fun with her. This week we will be right back to our schedule.

     ABC boot camp is going extremely well, the children are having a great time and learning so much! Thank you to the families who was able to bring in "All About My Pet" we were able to get them blessed during the Mass on Friday! Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow.
