     We are already half way mark of the month of September! The children are doing amazing in the classroom. They are doing well with the classroom rules, having helping hands with their jobs, they are adapting to our routine like rock stars, and always working so hard on learning!
     This week we will continue with our family theme. The children will be doing a show and tell with their family photo project. Show and tell has many benefits; help with self esteem, oral language skills and communication, active listening skills and making relationships.

Our week;
Social and Emotional: Asking for What You Need or Want
Listening Rules: Eyes are Watching, Ears are Listening, Voices Quiet and Body Calm
Theme: Families
Shape(s): Circle, Star
Letter(s): First letter in each name
Handwriting Without Tears
Seesaw: Sorting, Shape Identification
Religion: Holy Family
Prayer: Hail Mary
Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of death. Amen

**Important Dates:
9/24: The Feast of Our Lady of Mercy
9/30: Classroom Birthday Celebrations

     Another thank you to all my OLM families, there is a constant bringing of supplies for the classroom, bringing in snack, easy communication, and so much more! Room 9 is doing amazing because of this easy team work! I honestly could not do what I do without all of you, just know how grateful I am! Please keep checking in on Seesaw, each day I upload what your child's helping hand job was of the day and either a photo of what they have been up to that day and/or a quick video! I really do hope this makes everyone feel just that more connected to the classroom. Please do not hesitate if you are in need of anything or questions; my door, email, phone is always opened!

Blessings to you all!
