Another busy week ahead! This is our last week in October and parent/teacher conferences start this week. I am eager to sit down with all the families to go over all what your child has been working on! This week we will be working on;

     Thank you tremendously to all our families for your support; donating desserts, working the cake walk booth, donations towards our Halloween basket and a big thank you to our room parents for putting together an amazing basket! All was a huge success and we couldn't have done it without all of you! We do hope all of you had an amazing time at the Halloween Carnival.

     Can't believe we are rounding up to our third week in our new classroom!! We had a very busy week last week but the children all did amazing participating in the events! Wednesday we joined the all school rosary outside, the children did well sitting with everyone and participating in the prayers. That same Wednesday we had a visit from the firefighter department. The firefighters went over what they have to wear in case of a fire, how to keep our bodies safe in case a fire is on our clothes and we also got to see the firetruck up close and personal!! I do have a photo posted in the classroom if you would like to take a look! This week we will be working on;

     The transition I feel has been beyond smooth, the children have really jumped into helping taking care of our classroom and taking on trying new activities and remembering the rules of the classroom. I thank all my families who have helped during this transition! Parent/Teacher conference is coming up and I am excited to have one on one time with all of you and share what your child has been up to. Please take the time to come visit the classroom and check out our family board, we are still in need for volunteers for our cake walk booth as well as donations to the desserts for the cake walk. If there are any questions myself as well as Mary is always available! Thank you truly.

      What an amazing first week! The children quickly adapted to their new classroom and we all enjoyed as a class going over the new rules, our helping hands, listening rules, as well as social and emotional and Clifford. It was a busy week but the children did great! Thank you to all the parents for an easy transition. This week is another busy week!

     The children have been working on "Helping Hands" in their classroom. Each day the children have a helping hand job to help either with their friends, outside or in the classroom. We have been learning that with this being our classroom we have to help each other to keep everything nice and put away. Parent/Teacher conferences have been sent via email, if you have any questions about time/dates please come to myself or to Mary. I thank all my families for this huge change and wanted to express how excited I am for this new adventure! Please know my door is always opened for any questions or concerns.

     This is an exciting week for room 9, the children as well as I, can't wait for this big adventure! This week we will be focusing on the classroom rules, our Social and Emotional as well as Big Clifford. I would love for all families to come check out the new classroom as well as check out the family board, there are a lot of new information on the board, remember questions are always welcomed!
