Welcome back OLM families! I do hope everyone had an amazing yet relaxing week off! We will be back at it tomorrow morning. This week will be our last week of November and the beginning of December (already!) We will jump right back into our routine and continuing with our Social and Emotional, rhyming and syllables, blending and segmenting words. We will also be introducing Saint Nicholas and all about Advent. Today the first purple candle will be lit to start off our Advent season.
This week: Social and Emotional: Review Religion: Saint Nicholas Prayer: Hail Mary Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, Important Dates: 11/28: First Sunday of Advent 11/29: School Resumes I have missed everyone this last week and I can't wait to get back at it! We are already rounding up the month of November! We had a quick but packed week last week and this week we will be finishing up everything before Thanksgiving break. We will continue this week with reviewing; Social and Emotional, abc poem’s, rhyming, syllables, blending and segmenting words, listening for the first sound as well as the last sounds, continuing with what we are thankful for and ways to show how we are thankful, and we will also continue learning all about Michaelangelo and working on our art projects this week.

Important Dates: 11/19: Preschool closes at 12:30 pm 11/22-11/26: Thanksgiving Vacation 11/28: First Sunday of Advent 11/29: School Resumes Our first ABC boot camp was BEYOND successful! Having all the families and friends there to support the children was just amazing and we are all so very grateful. I do hope everyone enjoyed the show, I know the children were so excited to show you their hard work and it showed at the show. We do have a half day this Friday and then we will be all off for the next week for Thanksgiving. I do hope everyone takes that time to rest, enjoy family time and self-care! When we return we will start with Advent. Thank you for the continuous blessings and know my door is always opened! Important Dates: 11/10: Preschool Closed at 2:30 pm 11/10: ABC Boot camp fashion show 4:00 pm 11/11-11/12: School Closed 11/19: Preschool closes at 12:30 pm 11/22-11/26: Thanksgiving Vacation 11/28: First Sunday of Advent 11/29: School Resumes This Wednesday we will be closed at 2:30 pm so we can prepare for the ABC fashion show. Thank you to all the families who turned in their vests and questionnaire, they are all so perfect and the children are very excited to show them off Wednesday. If you know that your child will not be able to attend Wednesday please let me know as soon as possible as we will have to make arrangements for your child’s vest. This will be one of our biggest preschool fundraiser and all of the support goes directly to the preschool. We truly cannot do this without all of YOU so thank you in advance for knowing how important this is to our preschool! Please do not hesitate if you have any questions, my door is always opened.
