Hello OLM families, our little's did great from our two weeks off. We have been going over the rules inside the class and outside play. we will continue with our shapes; square and rectangle, colors; white and blue and our Big World Clifford; "The Swimming Bird's (penguins). We will continue with our winter finger plays and we will be talking about Martin Luther King. For our Social and Emotional we will be working on Unit 3 Week 14; Strong Feeling's. Have a great week.

Happy New Year my OLM families. May we all start with God Blessing upon us all and to be safe. We will start back to our boot camp going over rules and routine in our class, washing our hand's and our rules for outside play as well. We will start with our prayer; Guardian Angel, our colors are blue and white, shape's are triangle and square, and religion we will work on The Greatest Commandments, we love God with our whole heart. We will be talking about hibernation, the animals that sleep in the winter as well as Clifford Big World; "Snow Ice, Polar Bear's". For our Second Step we will be working on unit 3, Emotion Management; we feel feeling's in our bodies. For our finger plays; 1 little, 2 little penguins playing in the snow, and Can You Walk Like a Penguin. We have three new friends for room 10 and would like to welcome to our class; Halley, Olivia and Dominic. We look forward to having you in our class and OLM families. Have a great week.

Hello OLM families. We are going into our second week of December. December 6th we will be learning about Saint Nicholas and how he was known for his generosity all around the world. We will continue with our Advent and the importance of lighting each candle on Sunday. We will light another purple candle. We will continue with our shapes and colors, counting, Clifford Big World "Making Gifts for Our Families and Friends", Social and Emotional we will continue with our review. Finger Play's "A way in a Manger" and our prayer for the week is Hail Mary.

Hello OLM families, hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their families. The month of December will be a very busy month. We will start with the importance of advent and the true meaning of Christmas. We will be learning about each candle. The first candle lit will be a purple candle and the meaning is Hope. We will be learning about Saint Nicholas on December 6th, and how he was known for his generosity. Our shape is a star and diamond, color's are pink and purple, our prayer is "Our Father", for scholastic "Holiday Cheer and Our Sleeping Animal's that go into Hibernation" for Clifford big world, "Holiday Markers" and finger plays; Away in the Manger, Jingle Bells, We wish you a Merry Christmas, and Feliz Navidad.

Hello OLM families, I would like to thank you all for your support for our ABC boot camp fundraiser. Thank you for inviting all your families and friends. Our little's loved dancing to the song ABC, 123, it had a lot of beat to move our feet to dance. Mrs. Donavan and Mrs. Veronica's class worked hard getting the children ready for our fashion show and it was a lot of fun and a lot of smiles. Thank you again. We will continue with our Thanksgiving week. Enjoying our families, friend's, giving thanks to God for what we are all. I am so thankful for my family and friend's and my OLM families and my OLM coworkers families, my class, my little's are such a blessing to me. I am very blessed. We will continue with our review for social and emotional and our finger plays for November. We will continue with our prayer "The Guardian Angel", our fall colors, our shapes, and we started our painting on canvass. I chose Piet Mandrian, who was a dutch painter and art theoretician who is known as one of the greatest artist of the 20th century with abstract art using simple shapes in bright bold color. Friday we have early dismissal at 12:30.

Hello OLM families. We have been going on nature walks around the school, having my little's looking at the fall color's on the trees changing. We will continue with Clifford Big World "I Spy Fall Color's" and we will continue with what we are thankful for, our social and emotional we will keep reviewing. To our Veterans  God Bless you all! We will be closing early at 2:30 to get ready for our ABC fashion show. This is one of our biggest fundraiser for our preschool. Thank you and God Bless you all.

Hello OLM families, save the date November 10th at 4:00 pm for our ABC Boot camp fashion show fundraiser for our preschool. Our class will be holding signs saying ABC, 123 for the beginning of the show. We are so excited! Please tell all your family and friends. November is such a fun month. We will be working on what we are thankful for, working on scholastic Autumn, color(s) red and orange, shape(s) rectangle and triangle. Our finger play's for November  we will continue with our counting 1-20 and working on our names first letter, how does it sound? For Clifford; Season to be Thankful. We will also be talking about All Saint's Day, what does it mean. Our prayer for this week is Guardian Angel and our Social and Emotional this week is review.

Hello OLM families, we are rounding into another week in September. We are still going over our rules in the classroom; nice hand's, nice feet. nice mouth. This week we will continue with our big red friend Clifford "All About Apples". We are asking for every child to bring 3 apples 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green. We will be using our 5 senses; to hear how crunchy they are, smell the sweetness of the apples, our eyes for the different colors, feel the texture of the apples and of course taste the sweet or sour the apples. We would like to have the apples by September 20th, please and thank you in advance. Our shape(s) this week circle and oval, our color(s) red, green. We will continue with our journals working on our fine motors. Dots red, yellow, green and pink. Our prayer this week is Hail Mary. We are asking that you please bring your paper regarding "Our Family" for our class book. Our Social and Emotional is "Asking for what you need and want" Finger play "Way up high in the apple tree, 2 little apples smiling at me. I shook that tree as hard as I could, down came the apples mmmmm good!"

Hi OLM families. We can't believe we are going to start the month of September this week. We will be working on our Social and Emotional; Self Talk. We will also be introducing Clifford curriculum and our scholastic curriculum as well. Lots of hands on learning going on in the classroom. We are working on the color yellow and the shape triangle. Our prayer for this week will be Hail Mary. We will be celebrating our blessed Mother Mary's birthday. We will continue to work on our writing journals, and working on our fine motor skills. The children are having lot's of fun working on their writing journals. Smile for the camera, we have picture day this Tuesday 8/31. Thank you for signing up for August celebration.

Hi OLM families, we are moving right along in our classroom rules inside the class as well as our outside rules. The children are doing very well transitioning smoothly this week. We will be working on the color yellow and the shape triangle. Find anything in your home with the color yellow and the shape triangle. We will be asking the children to share with their friends at school, what did they find with the color yellow and what shape with triangle. We will continue with our listening song on our rules; eyes are watching, ears are listening, voice quiet and body calm. How we use our words to communicate what they need! We will continue with our prayer Guardian Angel. On Wednesday we will have our librarian Mrs. Poole join us for reading time in the class. We do not have any August birthday celebrations but we thought it would be nice to celebrate the ending of August. There is a sign up sheet on the table, please take time to look it over and sign up for our August Celebration.
