Can you believe we are already in our third week of September? It only goes quicker from here!! The children are still doing amazing at adapting to our rules in the classroom as well and enjoying our new curriculum Clifford! We just finished "Hello School!" we also sent of this week their work they have been working on, so please take a second to check their file box, the children are really excited to show what they have been up to! We will now introduce "Mmmm mmm Apples!" We will be enjoying explaining to the children the importance of healthy food, the descriptions of each part of apples, and even having a taste of which apple is the best to each child.
     In October we be celebrating Saint Francis of Assisi, we like to put a project together to show case our pet families. If you have a photo of your pet, may it be ANY pet, please bring it in so we can share with all of our children our fur family members, please keep a look out for the reminder in the file box.
     We can't thank you all enough for every single thing all of you do to make our classroom be as successful as it is! Thank you for all the snack sign ups, for the extra supplies, even your time is what makes our classroom successful. Please know none of this couldn't be done without you!!

     We are already in full swing for this month of September! The children celebrated Mother Mary's birthday last week with a coloring page as well as a small celebration treat! We also shared with the children with our curriculum Clifford, "My Big World". Last week as well as this week the children are working on "Hello, School!" It's been a fun way to show the children different ways to say hello or good morning when going to school as well as different ways to say good bye or see you later!
     Ms. Irma each day goes over our classroom rules each day, if we all work together at school and home, the children really adapt well to the rules to keep us all safe. This week we will be working on songs "I have 10 fingers" as well as "ABC'S".
     An important reminder for signing in as well as singing out your child. An adult 18 years and older, must sign in your child as well as sign your child out. We also ask to let us know if a different family member will be picking up your child a head of time, and to remind them we will need to see an ID to let your child go. We all appreciate your understand of keeping our children safe. As always thank you from OLM Preschool, we love what we do and are beyond blessed for all of you!
