Branching Out!

     First week of preschool was a hit! The children learned so much the first week with our class rules, how to welcome each other, and even more with our social and emotional curriculum. We really focused on "Listening Ears, Watching Eyes, Quiet Voices and Body Calm" Every week we will be working on different units and we will include them on our blog as well. Please check the family boards as well as they will be posted there too.
     Thank you so much for volunteering for snack, and if you are wanting to volunteer there is a snack sign up calendar on the family board, a friendly reminder we are a Peanut/Nut free zone.
     Last week the children went over the letter "f", colors; purple and yellow and shapes circle and square. This week we will be working on the letter "f", colors: purple, yellow, and blue and shapes, circle and square. We will also be working on week 2: Listening.
     A couple reminders; please bring in your mat cover if you haven't, please write your child's name on all of their belongs (clothes, mat covers, lunch boxes etc.), and if you haven't brought back you ASQ/ASQ-SE please bring them in as soon as possible.
     Thank you again for letting us be such a big part of your child's life, we are beyond blessed! Here is to our second week.
