Second Week!

First week went amazing with all of the children! We went over the rules of the classroom; having nice hands, nice feet and nice mouths.  We have also been going over our Abc's and colors! Everyone is adjusting well to the classroom and Mrs. Irma and Mrs. D. couldn't be more excited for this school year!  Below are a couple songs and finger plays that we have been working on with the children so you can practice at home if you like, here is to our second week!

I have 10 Fingers, and they all belong to me!
I can make them do things, would you like to see?
I can shut them up real tight? (hands in a fist)
I can open them real wide!
I can put them together (CLAP!)
I can make them hide (behind your back)
I can make them jump up high (in the sky)
I can make them jump down low (touch the ground)
I can fold them together and hold them just so (fold fingers together and in your lap!)
