Field Trip

​Dear Parents –
On Wednesday, April 17th, we are taking our trip to Mission San Juan Bautista.  Just a few reminders:

• All students must arrive at school by 7:45 in school uniform.  We are leaving promptly at 8:00am.
• We will be spending much of the day outside, so please make sure your child is prepared for the weather – a jacket or coat if needed, and please have your child wear comfortable shoes.
• We will be having a picnic lunch – please pack your child’s lunch, including a drink.  Make sure all of the lunch is completely disposable and labeled!
• Please pack an extra disposable water bottle for your child.  I want to make sure all children stay well hydrated.
• Per mission policy, students are not allowed to take backpacks into the mission.  Since we are not spending much time in the classroom, students may leave backpacks at home J  No food or drink is allowed inside the mission.
• There is a small ice cream shop in town.  If students wish, they may purchase ice cream.  Please bring no more than $10!
• We will be arriving back at school at approximately 2:30/ 3 depending on traffic.  Please make sure that you are here to pick up your child at that time.
• Please remind your child that the mission is a place of worship and therefore they need to be respectful during their visit.
• Finally, I ask for your prayers for a safe and enjoyable trip for everyone.
