Progress reports:  I will not be sending home the usual Monday progress reports this Monday (January 9) since the report cards were just sent home on Friday.  We have only had 4 days of schoolwork for the new quarter so far, so it is too soon to give an accurate grade.  Please sign and return the report card.

Homework help:  I will not be having homework help on Tuesday, January 10.  Mamie has an appointment with the vet.  Thank you for your understanding.

International night:  This will be February 8, and our class will be presenting Italy.  Please let me know if you have any items from Italy that we could have on display at our booth.  Also, we are looking for volunteers to prepare foods from Italy to hand out at our booth.  You can earn volunteer hours for cooking.  Also, we will be needing parents to work at the booth (again---volunteer hours).  So far we have volunteers to cook lasagna and raviolis.  We still need more food, as well as volunteers to work at the booth handing out samples on that eventing.
