Dear Families,

I don't know what happened to my blog!  I posted it and then it disappeared!  Here I go again, if for some reason you already read my blog from today, Tues, March 24th.  Please disregard this.

Thank you to those of you accepted our invitation to join our Facebook group!  We still have 10 families that have not joined and that concerns me!  We teach school every day and stick to our regular classroom routine.  It is very important to children to do what is familiar during times of uncertainty.  Not only do I not want anyone to fall behind academically but I'm afraid this separation will effect the children socially and emotionally as well.  While we are told to stay home we don't get to have any social interaction except with our families, of course, which is a good thing.  I need to interact with parents and children as that is my life!  I find being on Facebook will not only ease my need for socialization but your child's as well.  They will be able to participate in school, see pictures and videos of their classmates and interact!  If you have not signed up yet, please do so today, it is very important.

From one of my 2020 Lenten Calendars...

Day 28 of Lent, Tuesday, March 24, 2020

Gospel Reading:  John 5:1-16

"Jesus said to him, 'Rise, take up your mat, and walk.'  Immediately the man became well, took up his mat, and walked."
(John 5:8-9a)

My offering to God:  I will help someone who is ill and suffering.

Gob bless you all,

Love,

Miss C.
