Happy 3rd week of Advent!!

This week will be very busy.  Please be sure to check your child's planner for any updates.

Tomorrow we will be performing our songs to the school for the Christmas Program at 8:30 am.

Wednesday all students must be dropped off at St. Patricks Church by 8:00 am. If you have signed up to drive we will need all drivers to be able to bring students back after practice which I anticipate being around 9:00 am.

Wednesday evening all students must be at St. Patricks by 6:15 pm.  Please wear appropriate church clothing.  Anything festive woudl be fantastic!!

Friday our class will be presenting the morning prayer.  It will begin at 8:00 am.  All parents are welcome to attend.  Thank you

Spelling & Reading - we will not be reading a story this week or having spelling words.
Math - Review of addition, subtraction and multiplication
Social Studies - Chapter 4 test Thursday.  We wrote Wednesday in our planner but changed to Thursday.  
Religion - Advent
English - We will be working on writing in place of spelling and reading

End of the quarter is Friday

Christmas vacation will begin Saturday Dec 17th and end of Jan 2nd. School will resume on Tuesday Jan 3rd.

Happy 2nd week of Advent!!

The next two weeks will be very busy so please be sure to check your child's planner and school calendar.

We will still be practicing for the Christmas Program which will be held on Wednesday, December 14th at 6:30 pm.  We will be meeting at the church for the event.
We will be having a dress rehersal on the same day.  A permission slip was sent home.  Please be sure your child is dropped off at the church at 8:00 am and not at school that morning.  Also all permission slips must be turned in for this event.

This week we will be having a Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception at 8:15 am.  All are welcome to attend.  

READING - The Streets Are Free
Math - Multiplication
Social Studies - Chapter 4 A study guide will go home Thursday. 
Science - We are finishing up the chapter.  Please expect a study guide by the end of the week.  This may just be a quiz instead of a large test because of the time aloted in the next two weeks.
Religion - Advent
