At the end of this school year we give thanks to God:
For all the teaching and learning that has taken place in our school, both in and out of the classroom,
For the talents and gifts that have been shared and the challenges that have been faced;
For the burdens that have been lifted and the hurts that have been healed;
For the respect and care that has been given. We give thanks for the friendships that have just begun and for those that have grown.
For the faith that has been lived in our daily struggles,
For the hope that has lifted our hearts on the dark days
And for the love that has kept us going.
We give thanks for the community that we are, and we ask you Lord -
Bless our students as they finish out the school year. May your Spirit inspire them with confidence and calmness.
Bless our families as we take the summer to enjoy our time with family and friends. Keep our Families safe and pour out your love on us that we may return renewed and refreshed to continue our journey together . We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen

Well we have made it through the end of the school year!!!

Everyone has worked very hard the last few months with distance learning and I am very proud of all of you.  A big thank you to all of your families who helped make all of this possible.

Good Morning,

I hope all of you are doing well.  I wanted to give you some guidelines that may help with the landmark project. Please go over them carefully.  Thank you and have a great day!

Landmark Project:

These are some things I would like you to have done:
1. Complete the packet that was on google classroom.
2. Your landmark picture that is drawn and colored by you.
Do a nice job. You want to be proud.
3. A poster of your landmark. This can include pictures, magazine cut outs or any other images. Also include 4-5 facts on the poster.

I would like pictures of :
1. Your packet pages in case I use some of them for the book.
2. Picture of your drawing that you colored nicely.
3. Picture of you and your poster.

Hopefully this helps. I am not going to specify sizes because everyone's resources are different. Please take pride in this project. This is one of our big projects for the school year that is being modified because of the circumstances. With that being said I still expect that you will do a wonderful job that you will be very proud of. Thank you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the wonderful season of spring. During this sweet time, I ask You for a fresh beginning in each of our hearts. Please allow each of us, as Christians, to bloom in Your word, just as the flowers are blooming. Help us to be witnesses whenever there is an opportunity, and followers of Your word every day. Let our petals continuously grow and our leaves steadily extend, as we work to gather more and more seedlings for Your harvest. In Your precious name, I pray. Amen.

We are moving along through the school year.  I am happy with our progress and we are continuing to grow in many ways.  I appreciate all of the hard work the students and their families are doing to make the school year a success.  I know this can be challenging but we will make the most of it.

God Loves You

God made you and God made me, He made the world for us to see. God loves you and long ago, He sent his Son to tell us so. Jesus showed us many things, To love and share and dance and sing. To learn and pray, to help and care, He promised he’d always be there. He died but then came back to life, let’s celebrate for he’s alive! Amen.
